Installation Notes

Here’s a trick: loosen the lower hinge bolts just slightly before removing the upper hinge – it takes the binding pressure off and makes removal much easier. Have a helper support the door, or use a ratchet strap from the door to the ROPS to hold it in position. If you’re replacing this upper hinge, odds are the lower one isn’t far behind – check for wear while you’ve got the tools out.
