Installation Notes

Use the included gauge to get that 0.025-inch gap just right – too tight and you’ll get weak spark, too wide and the points won’t last. A dab of high-temp grease on the distributor cam keeps everything moving smoothly. While you’ve got the distributor cap off, check your plug wires for cracks or corrosion.
