Description
When you can’t see what’s floating around in your fuel bowl because it’s cracked, clouded, or missing altogether, you’re flying blind on fuel quality—and that’s no way to treat your tractor’s fuel system. A damaged sediment bowl means you can’t spot water, dirt, or contamination before it reaches your expensive injection system, potentially costing you thousands in repair bills. This replacement glass bowl gets your fuel monitoring back on track so you can catch problems before they strand you in the field.
What You’re Getting
- Crystal-clear glass construction lets you spot water layers and sediment buildup at a glance
- Heavy-duty glass that’s specially formulated to resist diesel fuel—won’t cloud, craze, or deteriorate like standard glass, with thickness calculated to handle vibration and temperature changes
- Exact 2-inch outside diameter with smooth sealing surface for leak-free operation when paired with a good gasket
- Direct replacement design—no modifications or adapters needed for proper fit
Built for Classic Ford Tractors
This bowl fits Ford 9N, 2N, and 8N tractors from 1939-1952, plus the NAA and 600, 700, 800, 900 series from 1953-1957. These reliable workhorses handle everything from brush hogging and hay work to loader operations and field cultivation. Whether you’re running an 8N for weekend projects or using a 600 for daily farm chores, clean fuel is essential for keeping these vintage machines running strong.
Made to Last
This isn’t just any piece of glass—it’s specially formulated to resist diesel fuel exposure without clouding or deteriorating. The walls are thick enough to handle the bumps and vibration that come with tractor work, yet clear enough to give you a perfect view of what’s happening in your fuel system. It’ll keep doing its job season after season.
Installation Notes
Installation takes about 15 minutes—just drain the old bowl first, check that rubber gasket for cracks, and install the new bowl with just enough tightness to compress the gasket without cracking the glass. Clean out the metal housing while you’re at it—years of debris defeat the purpose of having clear visibility. Once it’s in, a quick daily glance during your morning walk-around will show you if water accumulated overnight or if that last fuel delivery was dirty.
