Set of 2 OEM replacement wheel and tire assemblies for 2-wheel Velke brand sulkies. 

9×3.50-4 Carlstar 4-ply Turf-Saver tire (New brand-name for Carlisle).

• Tread: Turf (Chevron)
• Hub Length: 2-1/4″ (Offset)
• Hub ID (Bore): 1″ (Ready to accept the spanner bushing)

The wheel has a 2-1/4″ offset hub with a 1″ ID.  3-piece rim with zerk fitting.  Roller cage bearing (needle bearing) and bushings come installed, ready to accept the spanner when installed (The spanner bushing is not included in the assembly).  Fits all two-wheel Velkes including the X2 model.
