Description
When you’re running a boomless sprayer setup and need more coverage than a single nozzle can provide, this double swivel cluster gets the job done right. Having the right nozzle assembly makes all the difference when dialing in your coverage pattern, whether you’re spot treating weeds or covering larger areas with herbicide or liquid fertilizer. This cluster combines two OC-20 nozzles on independent swivel mounts, giving you the flexibility to adjust each spray pattern individually.
What You’re Getting
- Dual OC-20 nozzles for increased coverage and application rates compared to single nozzle setups
- Brass construction that holds up to farm chemicals and daily use better than plastic alternatives, with threads that stay sharp and orifices that keep their shape
- Double swivel design lets you aim each nozzle independently for custom spray patterns
- 3/4″ female NPT connection fits standard spray system plumbing
- Direct mount design eliminates the need for additional adapters or fittings
Built for Real Farm Work
This cluster is designed for boomless systems, the kind you’ll find on ATV sprayers, pull-behind units, and 3-point hitch sprayers used for spraying pastures, fence lines, or doing spot work around the farm. The swivel action gives you the versatility to handle different spray jobs without having to swap out entire assemblies or reconfigure your system.
Made to Last
Chemical resistance and durability are built in—this nozzle handles everything from harsh herbicides to liquid fertilizers without breaking down, with adjustment mechanisms that stay smooth even after seasons of use and mounting hardware built to handle field work vibration. The brass construction means you won’t be constantly replacing worn-out components.
Installation Notes
Threads right into your 3/4″ NPT spray line connection. Thread some pipe dope on the threads for a leak-free connection, and make sure your nozzle tips are properly seated before you start spraying. The swivel joints should move freely but not too loose—a little resistance is normal and helps hold your spray angle during operation.
