Description
When you’re dealing with liquid transfers on your sprayer or liquid handling equipment, having the right fittings makes all the difference. This 90-degree poly elbow connects your 1-inch pipe threads to 3/4-inch hose in tight spaces where a straight fitting just won’t work. It’s the kind of fitting that keeps your liquid flowing smoothly when space is at a premium.
What You’re Getting
- Smooth 90-degree turn that reduces pressure loss compared to sharp bends
- Chemical-resistant polypropylene construction that won’t corrode like metal fittings
- Standard MNPT threads on one end for secure pipe connections
- Stepped hose barb design that grips your hose tight and won’t let go
- Lightweight design that won’t add unnecessary weight to your setup
Built for Real Farm Work
This elbow fitting is right at home on field sprayers, nurse tanks, and liquid fertilizer equipment where you need to route hoses around pumps, frames, or other equipment. The poly construction handles agricultural chemicals without breaking down, and the fitting won’t rust or corrode even in wet conditions.
Made to Last
Banjo builds these fittings tough enough for commercial applications. The polypropylene material flexes with temperature changes without cracking, and it stands up to UV exposure season after season. You won’t find yourself replacing this fitting every couple of years like you might with cheaper alternatives.
Installation Notes
Thread the 1-inch end into your tank or manifold using pipe thread compound for a leak-free seal. The hose barb is sized for 3/4-inch ID hose—warm the hose end in hot water for easier installation, and secure with a good clamp. A little soapy water on the barb helps the hose slide on without tearing.
