Description
When your implement’s PTO connection starts getting sloppy or you’re dealing with power transfer problems, a worn-out yoke is usually the culprit. A worn or damaged PTO yoke doesn’t just cause annoying vibrations – it’s a ticking time bomb that can destroy expensive drivelines or worse, become a deadly projectile when it finally lets go. This Weasler 44 series implement yoke provides the solid connection your driveline needs to handle serious farm work without the dangerous wobble that signals trouble ahead.
Key Features
- 44 series heavy-duty construction with 1-5/16 inch bearing caps that handle high-torque applications
- Double keyway design (1/4″ and 5/16″) ensures positive drive connection without slippage or wallowing
- 4-5/8 inch center-to-end measurement provides proper driveline geometry
- Weasler quality construction with precisely machined bore and forged strength
- Direct replacement design – no modifications needed for proper installation
Built for Heavy-Duty Farm Work
The 44 series size bridges the gap between lighter-duty applications and the heavier 35 or 44 series setups, making it ideal for farms running a mix of implements. This yoke handles the power demands of larger implements like heavy-duty rotary cutters, feed mixers, manure spreaders, and other equipment that puts serious stress on PTO drivelines. It’s sized for common 40-100 HP driveline applications, making it perfect for mid-size tractors running everything from bush hogs and rotary cutters to feed mixers and spreaders.
Made to Last
Weasler doesn’t just make generic driveline parts – they understand the punishing conditions farm equipment faces. This yoke uses heavy-duty construction throughout, from the precisely machined bore that maintains tight tolerances, to the robust bearing caps that keep U-joints running true. This yoke is built from quality steel that can handle the constant stress of PTO operation, from the shock loads of engaging implements to the vibration of field work. The bearing surfaces are precisely machined to work smoothly with universal joints.
Installation Notes
The 1-3/8 inch round bore with double keyways should slide onto your implement shaft smoothly without excessive play. Make sure both keyways align properly with your shaft’s key slots for full power transfer. Installing PTO components correctly is critical for safety, so if you’re not comfortable with driveline work, this might be a job for your local equipment shop. Always check that your assembled driveline allows full range of motion without binding.
