Built for Real Farm Work
Your 5000 series John Deere – whether it’s a 5200 doing loader work, a 5310 cutting hay, or a 5410 pulling implements – generates serious heat that has to go somewhere. These utility tractors are workhorses that run hard for hours at a time, and the cooling system takes a beating. When the water pump quits, everything stops until it’s fixed.
Made to Last
This isn’t some bargain pump that’ll leave you stranded next season. The cast iron construction handles temperature swings and pressure cycles without cracking. Quality bearings and seals are built to handle the constant rotation and belt tension these tractors dish out. You’ll get years of reliable service from this pump.
Installation Notes
Plan on draining the cooling system completely before you start. Clean the mounting surface well – any old gasket material will cause leaks. While you’re at it, check your belt condition and tension after installation. Fill the system slowly and run it with the cap off until the thermostat opens to bleed out air pockets.
